Burlington Subaru Express Lube Technician

Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Subaru Express Technician – Join the Hoffman Auto Group family.

Repair vehicles efficiently and ethically under the supervision of a Flat‑Rate Technician and/or Shop Foreman.

This position does not lead others.

• Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts department and road‑test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
• Properly document all repairs using both internet‑based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.
• Learn to utilize computer to remain up to date on manufacturer recalls and/or technical data; complete training required set by the manager.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area; perform daily inspections of your work area.
• Stay compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer‑service‑oriented environment preferred.
• Ability to adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer‑centric mindset.
• Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
