Lead Carpenter

Four Brothers Floors & Showers is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead projects from start to finish, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The Lead Carpenter will oversee carpentry-related aspects of residential remodeling projects, coordinate with team members, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

• Lead and perform residential carpentry and remodeling work
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Manage jobsite workflow and coordinate with other trades
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Ensure projects remain organized, clean, and on schedule
• Mentor and assist less experienced team members
• Identify and solve jobsite challenges proactively
• Maintain a safe working environment

• 5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
• Experience leading projects or crews
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials and work in physically demanding environments

• Competitive pay: $32.50–$45.00/hr based on experience
