Lead Tile Installer

Four Brothers Floors & Showers is seeking an experienced Lead Tile Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled tile professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, can lead projects from start to finish, and consistently delivers exceptional results.

The Lead Tile Installer will oversee tile installation projects, maintain the highest quality standards, coordinate with team members, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

• Lead and perform tile installation projects, including floors, showers, back splashes, and custom tile features
• Plan layouts and ensure installations are level, square, and visually appealing
• Prepare surfaces for installation, including waterproofing, underlayment, and substrate preparation
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Manage jobsite workflow and coordinate with other trades
• Mentor and assist less experienced installers
• Identify and solve installation challenges proactively
• Ensure jobsites remain organized, clean, and safe
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• 5+ years of professional tile installation experience preferred
• Experience with custom showers, waterproofing systems, and large-format tile
• Strong understanding of tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing techniques
• Experience leading projects or crews
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry materials and work in physically demanding environments

• Competitive pay: $32.50-$45.00/hr based on experience
