Nights 1 Shift | Monday-Wednesday and alternating Thursday , 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled is required.

The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by consistently demonstrating safe behaviors.

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Perform electrical wiring on moderately complex control circuits.

Diagnose and resolve equipment issues through repair, adjustment, parts replacement, or fabrication.

Complete equipment changeovers, particularly on fillers and packaging equipment.

Identify and support root cause analysis for mechanical, electrical, and controls failures.

Controls & PLC Systems Troubleshoot and make minor program adjustments to Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including SLC
500, Micro Logix, Compact Logix, and Control Logix platforms.

Utilize Rockwell Factory Talk Suite and related Allen-Bradley control systems.

Continuous Improvement & Technical Support Support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives by training operators on basic mechanical skills.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and reliability.

Fabricate, repair, and install piping systems, including hot and cold water, steam, process, and condensate lines.

Apply welding and machining skills across metals, plastics, and composite materials.

Fabricate or replicate minor machine components as needed. Total Rewards:

Starting pay: $46.36 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $48.80 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $3000.00 sign-on bonus

Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical/control systems in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, including:

Rockwell Factory Talk Suite Logix Platform (Compact Logix, Control Logix, SLC
500, Micro Logix)
Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, flowcharts, and block diagrams.

Experience using precision diagnostic and testing equipment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, teamwork, attendance, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Experience working with filler and packaging equipment.
