Lead Window and Door Installer – sign‑on bonus available for hire in June.

As a Lead Installer you will supervise and perform residential and commercial installation of windows and doors across Vermont, ensuring workmanship quality, safety compliance, and excellent customer service.

• Lead installation crews, coordinating site tasks and scheduling.
• Perform installation of windows and doors using company standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on all jobs.
• Act as the primary point of contact among crew, project managers, and homeowners.
• Provide clear communication to homeowners about job progress and address questions.

• General construction experience – 2 years preferred.
• Trim carpentry experience – 1 year preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong construction aptitude: knowledge of wall materials, casings, sill construction, settling, and structural variations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: greeting homeowners, explaining job steps, answering questions, and earning post‑job reviews.
