• Install and activate residential FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) internet services.
• Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Test fiber connections to ensure top-quality performance.
• Educate customers on their new internet equipment and services.
• Complete installation reports and work orders accurately.
• Represent Koscom with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards on every job.

• No experience? No problem! We're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Experienced Fiber Technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift equipment as needed.

• Occasional weekend work based on business needs

• Travel within your assigned service area is required.
