General Maintenance Tech III

American Red Cross -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair the organization's facilities and properties, performing routine tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and equipment repair.;
Inspect facilities, machinery, and equipment to determine repair and maintenance needs to prevent breakdowns.;
Use hand and power tools to test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair systems and equipment.;
Provide support and guidance to volunteers and coordinate with Regional Fleet Management.;
Assist with fleet operation management, including motor vehicle registrations, maintenance, safety equipment, and inventory control.;
Document installations and repairs as required by regulators.;
Service boilers, chillers, motors, fans, pumps, and related mechanical equipment.;
May move/install furniture and plant flowers, perform landscaping tasks, and manage snow removal as needed.;
May drive to other locations for work; on-call duties are required.
