Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks a 1099 Master Plumber to support bath, window, door, and home renovation projects. In this role, you'll lead residential plumbing installations, tie-ins, and repairs, ensuring all work meets code and Renuity's quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, reading plans, coordinating with install and operations teams, and delivering a professional, customer-focused experience. This contract role suits a reliable, licensed Master Plumber who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and takes pride in craftsmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems for bathroom, window, and door remodeling projects
- Diagnose plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and ensure code-compliant installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specs to plan plumbing layouts and material needs
- Coordinate with installation, sales, and operations teams to deliver seamless homeowner experiences
- Perform quality checks, testing, and inspections to ensure leak-free, long-lasting work
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety, building, and plumbing codes
- Provide clear communication and professional service to homeowners throughout projects
- Train or mentor junior plumbers or helpers as needed on best practices and standards
