Lund seeks a Residential Life Coordinator to join the Residential Treatment Program shaping the daily experience of residents, mentoring the staff who support them, and cultivating a milieu where safety and treatment work hand in hand.

The Residential Life Coordinator coordinates and implements the day‑to‑day programming of our Residential Treatment Program, ensuring an environment that is structured, therapeutic, and welcoming. This role oversees residential programming, guides program development, and stewards the residential milieu for every client who walks through our doors.

The Coordinator leads and supervises Shift Supervisors and Residential Counselors — collaborating with the residential leadership team to recruit strong talent, coach for growth, and hold high standards with accountability and care. The Coordinator’s leadership will help create consistency across shifts, clarity in documentation, and alignment with best practices.

This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, operational excellence, and mission‑driven impact.

This is a full‑time, benefit‑eligible position, in‑person position at our Burlington treatment facility. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. For the full job description, .

What

You Will Bring:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in social work, human services, program management, or related fields. Transferable skills and experience from hospitality and residential life fields may also be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation. Occasional statewide travel may be required.

The successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record check is a condition of employment.
