Job Overview
Clinical Manager – Crisis Stabilization for the Adult Crisis Stabilization Program in Burlington, VT. Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid option available. The program operates 24/7 and provides six‑bed residential crisis stabilization for adults with acute mental health needs.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group supervision to program staff.
- Consult on complex cases, referrals, intakes, and discharges.
- Offer clinical backup coverage as needed.
- Conduct training for Howard Center staff and external partners.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Clinical license with the ability to supervise credentials such as LICSW, LCMH, PhD, or Psy.
D. - 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong managerial and clinical skills.
- Experience managing crisis situations.
- Valid personal vehicle and acceptable driving record.
- Full time (37.5 hours) or 30 hours per week.
- Hybrid option available.
- Travel within Chittenden County.
- Exempt position.
- Starting salary range $70,321.82 – $79,112.33.
- 36 days of combined paid time off for full‑time employees (pro-rated for part‑time). Days increase with years of service.
