Job Coach

Support clients who are receiving developmental services at their place of employment. Model professionalism and a positive attitude to both the client and employer.

• Implement and support employment–related goals and training strategies from the client’s Individual Support Agreement.
• Occasionally assist with the client’s workload as part of training and ensure that the needed quantity of work is complete.
• Communicate observations of support strategies with the client team.
• Provide transportation for client to their worksite.

• A combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle.

• 37.5 hours per week.
• AFSCME Union (dues will apply).
• Non‑exempt.
• Starting at $20.52 an hour.
• We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience.
