Position: Job Coach - Project Hire

Job Coach - Project Hire

Job Coach:
Support clients who are receiving developmental services at their place of employment. Model professionalism and a positive attitude to both the client and employer.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support employment related goals and training strategies from the client's Individual Support Agreement
  • Occasionally assist with client's workload as part of training and ensure that needed quantity of work is complete
  • Communicate observations of support strategies with client team
  • Provide transportation for client to their worksite
  • Requirements:

    • A combination of experience and education will be considered
    • Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle

    Structure:

    • 37.5 hours per week
    • AFSCME Union (dues will apply)
    • Non-exempt Starting at $20.32 an hour
