Career Coach - Project SEARCH
Career Coaches support clients who are eligible for developmental services and transitioning into employment in their final year of high school. Responsibilities include providing individualized skills and job training with interns in their internships, developing, maintaining, and evaluating internships within the host business, establishing strong communication within the team and with department managers, and providing information and insight during team meetings such as Employment Planning meetings, developmental services meetings, and family meetings.
Job development and networking with businesses to assist interns with securing employment.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years' experience in human services or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills has been acquired, and a valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
Structure: 37.5 hours per week, starting pay rate is $21.58 per hour, non-exempt position; union position. We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience.
