Spectrum Youth and Family Services is seeking a Nightly Shelter Youth Coach to support 18-24 year olds in a shelter setting. This weekend overnight role (Saturday and Sunday 1:30 am–9:30 am) is an awake position focused on safety, goal setting, and connecting youth with housing resources.
You will help with case management, maintain accurate records in Foothold, coordinate with staff, participate in supervision, and assist with activity setup and space cleaning.
