Seven Days Jobs is seeking a Community Resiliency Navigator to support individuals and families facing homelessness, housing instability, poverty, food insecurity, and related barriers to well-being.
Based in the Community Resource Center (CRC), the navigator uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and culturally responsive approach to help participants identify goals and connect to housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, education, and other resources.
