On-Call Sub-Evaluator - Children's Personal Care Services
Howard Center completes Children's Personal Care Services assessments for Chittenden County residents. We are seeking several HC employees to be trained as Evaluators, determining medical necessity for PCA services. You must be an HC-paid employee and have a high school diploma/GED - no clinical experience or college degree necessary! First, you'll attend a virtual training in which you're provided tools and resources.
Next, you'll be added as an On-Call Evaluator in UKG and Credible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Assessments to determine eligibility for personal care services
- Attend required training(s)
- Communicate with caregivers
- Timely documentation in Credible
Requirements:
- Must be an exempt employee of Howard Center
Structure:
- $20/hour
- High-School Diploma or GED
