Clinician – Family and Community Based Services
Howard Center helps change lives by providing individualized, child-centered and family friendly supports to help families with children ages 4-17 who have significant emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges. Clinicians provide assessment, in-home family support, crisis intervention and advocacy to help families access needed services and supports.
Consider this position if you have a Master's Degree, are licensed/license eligible, and have use of a personal vehicle with an acceptable driving history.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate care and treatment of children with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families. Develop treatment plans, complete clinical assessments, make treatment recommendations, referrals and plan for discharge. Provide in home clinical support and assist families to address behavioral challenges with the goal of restoring family autonomy.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Mental Health or Human Services. 3-5 years' experience working with children and families with emotional and behavioral disabilities, care coordination and knowledge of community resources. License/License Eligible.
StructureFull-time AFSCME Union (dues will apply) Annual salary starting at $57,314.71 (Non-Licensed) $61,269.43 (Licensed). Pro-rated for part-time.
