Job DescriptionSupport clients who are receiving developmental services at their place of employment. Model professionalism and a positive attitude to both the client and employer.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support employment related goals and training strategies from the client's Individual Support Agreement
- Occasionally assist with client's workload as part of training and to ensure that needed quantity of work is complete
- Communicate observations of support strategies with client team
- Provide transportation for client to their worksite
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in human services
- Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle
Structure:
- Non-exempt
- Travel within Chittenden County
- Non-exempt
- Pay rate is $20.32 an hour
