Base salary range: $74,000.00 – $. Additional compensation may include an incentive program.
Job OverviewOur Software Engineers are energetic influencers who design simple and scalable solutions to complex problems and deliver leading‑edge software products. We seek ambitious, communicative hands‑on individuals passionate about advancing our product offerings. As a Software Engineer you will collaborate in a scrum team, engineering right‑sized solutions that improve business performance, applying modern software design, best practices, design patterns, and frameworks while focusing on application performance and maintainability.
You will also explore new technologies, mentor teammates, and share innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with the team to build, deploy, monitor and manage a highly performing and highly available production system.
- Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and best‑practice discussions.
- Advocate new ideas and solutions within the team.
- Evaluate open‑source or industry‑standard solutions that could benefit the organization.
- 18 months of experience in object‑oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, or similar) in a job or through schoolwork.
- Demonstrated experience developing applications.
- Strong understanding of programming and database concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, confidence, ambition, and self‑motivation.
- Advanced technical degree and/or related training is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, ReactJS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Cloud experience is a plus but not required.
