Snow Plow Operator

We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded operators to clear snow and ice from commercial and residential properties across our service area. This is a seasonal part-time/on-call position running from November 15 through April 15
, with flexible hours depending on weather conditions.

• Safely operate plow trucks, sanders, and salters for snow and ice removal
• Provide reliable, high-quality snow services for our customers
• Assist with shoveling, sanding, and salting as needed
• Maintain communication with your supervisor during snow events
• Keep equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues

• 1.5x hourly pay for hours worked before 7:00 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday
• 1.5x hourly pay for weekend work
• 2x hourly pay for holiday shifts
• All work is local to Chittenden County
• A collaborative, team-oriented environment that values dependability and hard work

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience with snow plowing or equipment operation preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliability and flexibility—snow doesn’t keep a set schedule!
• Potential to work full-time, year-round
