Seasonal Delivery Merchandiser

Compensation: $22.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

The Delivery Merchandiser assists CDL Drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering product to customer locations on designated routes. The role also involves stocking product on shelves and in coolers while maintaining proper rotation standards. At times the Delivery Merchandiser rides with the CDL Driver; in other instances the merchandiser works independently transporting products to our customers.

• Assist Driver Merchandisers throughout the day to deliver, fill, merchandise, condense backstock, and rotate products at customer accounts.
• Pick up company property and returns.
• Reload truck with customer returns, empty shelves, and pallets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock.
• Provide superior customer service to consumers and store personnel, fostering relationships by identifying and resolving concerns.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks (preferred).
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered material‑handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand‑truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
