CDL-A Local Delivery Driver

Job Summary

PBNA $32.00 / hour; $32.00 – $35.00 per hour plus overtime.

Full-time 40+ hours guaranteed. 4‑5 days a week, no Sundays; drivers return home daily. Paid weekly. Benefits start day one: health, dental, vision, 401(k) options. Paid holiday, vacation, and sick time. Career growth opportunities.

Bonus of $6,000 paid in installments ($2,000 at 6, 12, and 18 months).

• Fill in for unavailable delivery drivers; routes change day to day.
• Deliver products and execute all promotions.
• Unload vehicles, bring products into stores, and stock shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers.
• Build small displays, set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Generate invoices and settle cash and charges daily.
• Interact frequently with store management.
• Follow DOT regulations.
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 21 years old or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL or CDL permit with non‑excepted interstate status (non‑excepted intrastate also accepted in all California locations except Stockton).
• Pass required drug test and physical capability test if applicable.
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.
• Communicate effectively in English.

• Operating trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license.
• Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating products, cleaning shelves).
• Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
