CDL-A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Out 21 & Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic accounts that pay a daily salary and offer generous home time along with strong benefits. Training is provided for those without cryogenic experience.

• First year pay ranges from $85,000–106,000 with drivers starting at $300.30 per day, increasing $3 each day every six months up to a cap of $324 per day. Training new hires in cryogenics adds an additional $100 per day.
• Shadow training: drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Each driver is assigned their own truck (all 579 Pete, automatic). No slip seating.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days of service and include one week vacation in the first year, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
• During home break periods, the company pays flight home and back. No one drives the truck while a driver is home. Drivers may drive home when within 200 miles.
• Drivers are scheduled out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days. Home breaks may be shorter than 7 days, and a driver may stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay remains 7 days unless vacation time is taken.

• Run dedicated regional or local cryogenic account shipments, covering all 48 states.
• Operate an assigned 579 Pete truck (automatic). No slip seating is provided.
• Assist in training new hires in cryogenic operations when required.

• At least one year of over‑the‑road or regional driving within the past three years.
• Tanker and hazmat endorsements at time of application. No prior cryogenic experience required.
• Relatively clean motor vehicle record.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• No felony convictions.
• Must pass a DOT drug test; failure or refusal disqualifies.
• Must be willing to fly home for 7‑day breaks; unwillingness disqualifies.
