Full-Time $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:

Paid Time Off (PTO):
All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
Responsibilities Audits un-booked car deals daily by checking off items on the Deal Checklist and in DSGSS for compliance, or assists Office staff with auditing questions
Communicates with Office Manager, Finance Manager, and Sales Managers/GM any issues or critical information associated with car deals
Reviews Accounting Schedules weekly and post journal entries to correct postings or control issues. Maintain current notes in the company electronic Management and Reporting Platform Processes car deal related accounting functions
Transfer title work for retail deals in compliance with dealership and DOL guidelines
Post wholesale deals and prepare title work for receiving entity
Work on Accounting Schedules Submit product contracts
Help with Monthly Sales Tax reconciliation, recognizes Sales Tax issues and how to resolve them Complete Month End Book reconciliations as assigned by Office Manager/Controller Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager/Controller Qualifications Highest level understanding of dealership accounting processes and systems in a non-management role Ability to follow verbal and written instruction from Management, and deliver instruction clearly to trainees
Works well with other clerical staff in a team setting, supports dealership staff
Help ensure that deadlines are metHigh level of attention to detail, ability to recognize potential accounting issues and offer solutions
Highly proficient with DMS system and Excel Excellent communication with management and alignment with Group culture
