About Karmart

Karmart is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Service Advisor for its express lube line in Burlington, WA, with stated earning potential of $60,000-$100,000+ per year. This dealership role is designed for a candidate with automotive experience who is ready to grow their Service Advisor career in a busy, growing service department. Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10-15 vehicles per day, including customer intake, vehicle write-up, and repair order management from check-in through completion.
• Create and present estimates, review PBS digital vehicle inspection information, explain maintenance recommendations, obtain customer authorization, and follow up throughout the repair process.
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email, including inbound and outbound calls, to provide timely updates and support excellent customer satisfaction.
• Present appropriate maintenance, menu service, and repair opportunities while working toward weekly sales expectations of $5,000 in labor menu service sales plus repairs.
• Work toward an average repair order expectation of two or more labor hours per repair order.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management, including walking the shop and communicating with lube-line technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
• Use PBS for shop management, CRM, repair order, customer communication, and DVI-related processes.
• Support CSI performance, customer retention, and a positive service experience through consistent communication and follow-through.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Automotive industry background and dealership experience required for this position.
• Stellantis knowledge is preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
• Ability to create and present estimates, explain maintenance and repair recommendations, obtain authorizations, and manage repair orders through completion.
• Ability to stay organized while handling approximately 10-15 vehicles per day and communicating with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Ability to work the Tuesday-Saturday schedule, including 7 a.m.
  
  -5 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.
  
  -3 p.m. Saturdays.
