Service Advisor
Job Location:
1615 S Golden Rod Rd, Burlington, WA 98233. Salary: $50,000.00 - $ commission/year.
Honda of Burlington, part of the Nelson Family Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor with exceptional customer service. The candidate will greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Must be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should possess talent, drive, energy, character, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

- Greet service department customers promptly and courteously; attitude is everything!
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to service technicians.
- Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation.
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
- Offer additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods.
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete.
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up.
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers.
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints.
- Keep Service Manager informed of any issues.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards.
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Available Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Willing to work overtime or to come to work early if needed.
- Current Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Must meet our motor vehicle report standards and pass a criminal background check.
- Bi-Lingual a plus.
