About the Role
Hexcel, the industry leader in advanced composite materials, invites you to join our team as an Account Representative in Burlington, WA.
Responsibilities- Provide direct line of support to customer(s) as the key contact for the customer/supplier relationship.
- Communicate information, both written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Enter customer purchase orders (POs), including flow down notes, into Hexcel’s ERP system; review and flow down contractual agreements for the POs; verify price and lead time.
- Adhere to International Trade Compliance (ITC)/Legal obligations.
- Develop and maintain positive internal relations and coordinate with various functions to ensure Customer Service needs are handled promptly.
- Request and assemble information from various departments to support RFQ/RFPs and entry of customer POs.
- Follow up with customers on quoted materials and forecast requirements; provide timely feedback to management.
- Supply new/potential customers with required documents and work with Credit Department to establish credit terms.
- Initiate customer claims (material and non-material) in Hexcel claim system; maintain status of claims.
- Collect and analyze data on customer needs, buying habits, and trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; otherwise at least 1 year relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficient with Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel—preferred Macros & tables experience, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in using ERP systems preferred.

- Competitive base pay ($81,000–$93,000) and variable compensation opportunities
