Burlington, WA $19–$24 per hour | Full-Time Burlington Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. We are an established family practice with a modern office, a broad mix of dentistry, and a team that believes patients should feel known and cared for—not rushed through an appointment.

• $19–$24 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time opportunity
• Monday–Friday
• Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Flexible weekday hours available
• Friday hours: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

We know schedule matters. Our extended weekday office hours give us some flexibility to build a schedule that works for both the practice and the right candidate.

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Take dental x-rays and intraoral photos
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection‑control standards
• Keep operatories stocked, clean, and organized
• Support patients before, during, and after treatment
• Provide post‑operative instructions and patient education
• Complete dental charting and clinical documentation
• Perform basic lab duties as needed
• Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office team members
• Help keep the clinical day running smoothly and on schedule

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Washington Dental Assistant Registration required
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Comfortable taking dental x-rays
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Friendly and professional with patients
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy dental practice
• Willing to jump in and help the team when needed
