ETL / XML Data Integration Analyst

Robert Half is seeking an experienced ETL / XML Data Integration Analyst to support a data transformation and regulatory reporting initiative. This position is 100% remote and is a 2 month contract with potential to extend longer.

Duration: 2 month contract, potential to scope the length of project

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load employee data from CSV and other structured source files.
• Develop processes to transform source data into XML documents that comply with required reporting schemas.
• Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain XML generation processes.
• Validate XML files against defined schemas and resolve data or formatting issues.
• Support successful file generation, delivery, and submission workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Document ETL processes, transformation rules, data mappings, and validation procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality and integration issues throughout the reporting process.
