General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of our Burlington, WA location. Tacoma Glass is a regional glass fabricator focused on manufacturing high quality insulated unit, tempered, custom laminated, and fabricated glass products. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of location operation.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Set policies and processes
• Work with Plant Manager in achieving quality and service benchmarks
• Manage sales staff
• Manage vendor relationships
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Position will report directly to company owners

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Experience in glass or relevant building materials industry
• Knowledge of North Puget Sound and Western Canada markets a plus
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem‑solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
