Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Tech II role for our client’s Pitman shift operations in Burlington, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their production process.
Position Details:- Shift: Pitman Schedule (12-hour shifts)
- 1 Day Shift opening
- 2 Night Shift openings
- Pay: $26/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
- Night Differential: +$2/hour
- Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Accurately enter and manage quality data using computer systems and software.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues in a fast-paced production environment.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding quality concerns.
- Previous quality control experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment (non-lab, non-cleanroom required).
- Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry and digital systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience working 12-hour shifts is a plus.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
