Overview
Munson Boats is seeking Welder Fabricators to join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, including fire/rescue boats, research vessels, high speed patrol boats, USCG certified passenger boats, and more. Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.
This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts), allowing for a great work-life balance with a three day weekend every week.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality aluminum welding with a focus on structural integrity and aesthetics
- Fabricate and assemble aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and other vessel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure precise fit-up and proper welding techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work efficiently within a team of 3-4 persons under the direction of a lead supervisor
- Four ten-hour work week. Monday – Thursday with every Friday off
- Paid Vacation - Up to 3 weeks based on time served
