** Job Overview*
* We are hiring  
** Production Associates
** for both day and night shifts. This is a fast?paced, hands?on role in the Press Department, supporting the front and back end of production.

You will:

+ Load materials into production equipment

+ Monitor production flow and ensure accuracy

+ Measure, inspect, and verify product quality

+ Band, package, and prepare wood stacks for shipment

+ Communicate with team members via 2?way radio

+ Maintain a clean, safe work environment

** What We're Looking For*
* + Reliable transportation to Burlington

+ Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

+ Ability to work in a fast?paced, warm environment (industrial fans & AC provided)

+ Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions

+ Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or restaurant work is a plus

+ Interest in long?term employment and advancement opportunities
