Maintenance Technician

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to support efficient workflow and equipment reliability.
  • Install, test, and calibrate new equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Experience with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
