* ** Summary*
* Play a key role in keeping our feed manufacturing operations running strong as a Feed Mill Dust Control Technician. This position supports all areas of the feed mill, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality feed production through hands-on operational and facility support. You'll gain exposure to multiple aspects of feed manufacturing, including operations, receiving, dispatch, feed scheduling, and food safety practices, while working as part of a team committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

This position has a base rate of $20 - $21 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Operate a forklift to unload deliveries.

+ Shovel grain into bins.

+ Pressure wash areas of the mill.

+ Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. reasonable distances.

+ Fulfill other general housekeeping duties and assist other departments when called upon.

** Minimum

Education and Experience *
* + Reading, writing and math skills.

** Preferred

Education and Experience *
* + High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

** Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors*
* + Exposed to existing weather conditions while outside and controlled room/machine conditions while inside work is performed.

+ Exposed to air born dust, chemicals such as Formaldehyde, Peroxide, caustic cleaners/disinfectants and industrial lubricants.

+ Must have the ability to move through the facility and carry required equipment, tools which could weigh as much as 100 lbs.

+ Must wear required safety equipment including necessary PPE, respirators, etc. as required.
