Our client is currently seeking a Senior Plant Manager for their manufacturing facility in northern Washington.
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + 25% Bonus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or food production leadership experience
- Proven success leading multi-department plant operations and achieving productivity, quality, and financial targets
- Experience managing budgets, capital investments, and operational performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of USDA regulations, compliance, and workforce management practices
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams
- Lead day-to-day processing operations across multiple functional areas
- Drive safety, quality, yield, cost, and customer service performance
- Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability
- Partner with support functions to achieve business objectives and strengthen employee engagement
- Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety standards are consistently met
- Coach and develop plant leadership while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
