Essential Duties:- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals
- Effectively communicate in a team-based environment
- Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Work with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and procurement to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain KPI's to determine failure trends and corrective actions as needed
- Maintain documentation and oversee audits
- Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment and processes
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement solutions to enhance product and process quality
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field required
- 10 years of progressive Quality department role experience
- 5 years of Quality Management experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Yellow belt in Six Sigma training
- 5 years of Solid Works experience or experience with comparable engineering software
- Practical working knowledge of quality management systems
- Practical working knowledge of FMEA process
- Skill in creating action plans to address identified issues
- PMI Certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
- Demonstrating self-confidence in making decisions
- Coaching, leading, and mentoring others
- Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Coping with pressures and setbacks - adaptable and able to respond to change
Between $120,000 - $138,000/year
