You and a tight‑knit crew of 3–4 crafts persons gather with a lead supervisor, review the day’s plan, and set out to shape metal into mission‑ready vessels serving clients around the globe—fire/rescue boats, research platforms, high‑speed patrol craft, and U.S. Coast Guard‑certified passenger boats.

• Lay down clean, structurally sound aluminum welds that look as good as they perform.
• Fabricate hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and precision components from engineered kits.
• Work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fit‑up.
• Collaborate efficiently within a 3–4 person team under the guidance of a lead supervisor.
• Keep your bay orderly—because a clean workspace builds better boats.

• Structured, highly organized shop with proven geometry standards and in‑house CNC router cutting.
• Comfortable work environment with radiant floor heat, clean bays, and safe processes.
• Stability: more than two years of sold projects provide consistent, year‑round work.

This is a full‑time role built around a four‑day week—Monday through Thursday, 10‑hour shifts—so you enjoy a three‑day weekend every week.

• Four ten work week:
  Monday – Thursday with every Friday off.
