Munson Boats in Washington state is seeking skilled aluminum fabricators to join a tight‑knit 3–4 person crew under a lead supervisor. You will lay down clean welds, fabricate hulls and decks from engineered kits, and read blueprints to ensure precise fit‑up for mission‑critical boats.
This full‑time, four‑day week operation offers a clean shop with radiant floor heating, paid vacation up to 3 weeks, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans after 90 days.
