What Your Day Looks Like Lay down clean, structurally sound aluminum welds that look as good as they perform.
Fabricate hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and precision components from engineered kits.
Work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fit‑up.
Collaborate efficiently within a 3–4 person team under the guidance of a lead supervisor.
Keep your bay orderly—because a clean workspace builds better boats.

Schedule This is a full‑time role built around a four‑day week—Monday through Thursday, 10‑hour shifts—so you enjoy a three‑day weekend every week.
Benefits Four ten work week:
Monday – Thursday with every Friday off.
