What You’ll Build Aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and specialty components.

Mission‑ready boats for emergency response, science, patrol, and passenger service.

How We Work Small crews (3–4) own the build, guided by a lead supervisor.

All vessel design and CNC router cutting are done in‑house using proven geometry and standardization practices.

Clean, safe, and well‑organized production environment with radiant floor heat.

Backlog exceeding two years ensures consistent, year‑round employment.

Your Core Responsibilities Execute structural aluminum welding with strong attention to appearance and integrity.

Fit, fabricate, and assemble hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and other critical parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Verify precise fit‑up; apply proper welding techniques and sequencing.

Maintain an orderly workstation and contribute to team efficiency.

Schedule Full‑time, four 10‑hour days (Monday–Thursday). Enjoy a three‑day weekend every week.

Compensation & Benefits Four ten work week:
Monday – Thursday with every Friday off.

Paid Vacation: up to 3 weeks based on time served.
