As a Marine Aluminum Welder–Fitter, you’ll join a tight‑knit crew of 3–4 under the direction of a lead supervisor to construct highly customized welded aluminum vessels from the keel up—fire/rescue boats, research platforms, high‑speed patrol craft, and USCG‑certified passenger boats trusted across the globe.

A Day in the Life

Your day starts with a plan: review blueprints and cut lists, stage CNC‑routed parts produced in‑house, and coordinate fit‑up with your team. Throughout the build, you’ll maintain a spotless, organized bay and collaborate closely to hit milestones without sacrificing quality.
