Bellair Charters/Airporter Shuttle is a fast‑paced, growing company seeking a full‑time Airporter Shuttle Driver in Burlington, WA. The role involves driving a fixed schedule between Burlington and Anacortes, assisting passengers, and maintaining DOT compliance.

• Title: Airporter Shuttle Driver
• Location: Burlington, WA
• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Compensation: $20–$22.50 per hour (training pay $20/hr, post‑training pay $22/hr; performance bonuses available)

• Training & Pay:
  • 2 weeks of hands‑on training to operate mini‑buses and motor coaches.
  • Training pay $20 per hour.
  • Post‑training pay $22 per hour.
  • Performance bonuses: $0.50 per hour worked, quarterly.
• Full Benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision after 90 days of continuous full‑time service.
  • Paid Time Off.
• Schedule:
  • 7 days a week; may work holidays, late evenings, mornings, weekends.

• DOT medical card and commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Current DOT physical
• Pre‑employment drug screening required
• Professional, clean, and neat appearance
• Age 25 years or older
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to Burlington, WA location

• Drive fixed schedule between Burlington and Anacortes, making scheduled stops.
• Assist passengers by loading and unloading luggage (requires bending and kneeling).
• Provide excellent customer service in a high‑pace environment.
• Comply with DOT requirements, maintain run logs, and use electronic trip sheets.
