Warehouse Associate

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate role in Burlington, WA. • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and data entry.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper material handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.

• Pay: $21 – $23/hour.
