Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse & Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $19 p.h*
* ** Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 5-8's schedule

** What's the Job?*
* + Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments accurately

+ Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment

+ Store and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations

+ Prepare domestic and international shipping documents for various shipment types

+ Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment

+ Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and scanning technology (ERP, WMS, UPS/Fed Ex, TMS)

+ Strong attention to safety regulations and procedures

+ Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

+ Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
