Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse & Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments accurately
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Store and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents for various shipment types
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely

• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and scanning technology (ERP, WMS, UPS/Fed Ex, TMS)
• Strong attention to safety regulations and procedures
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
