Accounts Payable Clerk: Burlington, WI

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

• Receive, review, and verify invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Process payments via check or ACH in accordance with established payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies to ensure accounts remain current.
• Collaborate with finance team members to support month-end close and financial reporting accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree in accounting (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
