On-Call Responsibilities
Step into a role where you're empowered to make decisions and support your team! As the 7-day on-call manager for your assigned houses (every other week), you'll be the trusted point person who keeps everything running smoothly. Here's what you'll dive into:
Keep Things Moving: Get hours covered so our residents always have the support they need
Be the Problem-Solver: Manage call-ins with confidence and quick thinking
Rise to the Moment: Respond to emergency needs for residents - whether it's a walk-in or an ER visit
Lift Up Your Team: Support staff members and be the encouraging presence they can count on
