AUTOCAD DESIGNER-Wisconsin Opportunity. CAD Engineering Designer (AutoCAD & 3D Modeling) Position Summary

• Provide AutoCAD and 3D modeling support for engineering, manufacturing, and facility improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain technical drawings, equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, and design documentation.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and project teams to support capital projects, plant upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create and revise 2D/3D drawings, equipment layouts, fabrication details, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.

• Maintain drawing databases, technical documentation, and engineering standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  
  Support conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design efforts for facility, equipment, and manufacturing process improvements.
• Manage drawing revisions, document control, and engineering records in accordance with company standards.
• Support bid package development, technical specifications, and contractor documentation.
• Travel up to 10-20% as needed to support manufacturing facilities, project sites, and external vendors.

• Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  4+ years of experience in industrial drafting, manufacturing design, or engineering support roles.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD 2D/3D and experience creating detailed industrial, mechanical, or facility drawings.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor, BIM platforms, and 3D modeling software.
• Background supporting manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer products, packaging, or other industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, process equipment, fabrication design, and capital project execution.
