Patient Transportation Driver

Burlington Health and Rehab is seeking a motivated and energetic Patient Transportation Driver to provide exceptional customer service while safely transporting our residents to and from appointments. The ideal candidate is CPR certified, has a valid driver's license, and brings compassion and attentiveness to elderly or disabled individuals.

• Safely operate facility vehicle and assist residents in and out of the vehicle
• Secure residents' mobility aids (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs)
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and time
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks (lights, fluids, tires)
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all passengers are secure

• Valid driver’s license & CPR certification/ Willingness to obtain
• Strong interpersonal and recordkeeping skills
• 6–12 months experience in a similar transportation role
• Experience in long‑term care or working with individuals with disabilities a plus
